Refund policy

We are happy to refund or exchange any unworn and undamaged items within 14 days of the purchase. All items must have the original tags attached and receipt to be eligible for return or exchange. There will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount for all online orders.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it. The item must be physically in our possession by the end of the 14 day period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Special orders are not returnable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can proceed with the exchange. If the item you are wishing to exchange for is confirmed as in-stock at the time of exchange initiation, that item will be held for you until we receive the return. At that time, your credit card will be charged or refunded with the difference and the new item will be shipped to you and you will receive an updated tracking number. (Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund or charge too)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
